Our latest podcast episode talks about tips for "creating a family fit lifestyle." It's achievable, and what's even better, is that you can download the tips yourself. Below is Better Living for Texans Newsletter that reviews the guide to becoming fit as a family.
Better Living for Texans (BLT) is a nutrition education program for adults and children that are SNAP participants and SNAP eligible.
The BLT program helps people make healthy meals, improve their physical fitness, save money at the grocery store, grow their own foods, and adopt better food safety habits. For more information make sure to call your local Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office. FABLOW AgriLife implements this program so you can call any of our offices located in Frio, Atascosa, Bee, Live Oak, and Wilson County.
