Baking? Use applesauce in your baking recipes. To make your recipes a little healthier you can swap the butter for (unsweetened) applesauce. A recommendation by Delishably is to use half of the amount of applesauce as the amount of butter called for in the recipe. This helps with fat calories as well as increases your fiber intake.
